PRANA VINYASA FLOW

Prana Vinyasa Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Asanas are drawn out in a poetic and rhythmic fashion and unfold through a unique array of sequences that are intense yet invigorating. Yogis tap into rasa, or "inner juice,” and connect to the ebb and flow of their intrinsic nature. These classical yet innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow are drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva’s teaching experience from the last fifteen years as well as my own infusion of rhythmic movement.



YogaTherapy/Yoga For Your Back

Yogatherapy sessions involve somatic techniques combined with breath that gently align the spine and create inner strength and flexibility so that the body can heal and restore. This class is especially good for yoga students who practice a more vigorous style of yoga such as Ashtanga or Power Yoga. Great for athletes as well.

Yoga For Kids

Yoga inspires kids to embark on a journey of practicing yoga together while using their imaginations to learn. Children experience fun-filled sessions that involve an introduction to yoga poses via demonstration, practice and games.

Yoga offers children gifts of inner discipline, a love of learning and skills to focus physically and mentally. Starting kids early in yoga can help them become responsible, resourceful and caring by encouraging self-evaluation.
